1. Any format, written or online, used to collect an email address from a subscriber must include a detailed description of what and how their email address will be used by the collector.

2. Any email address collected shall not be “sold” or “otherwise distributed” by the collector outside the stated description.

2. Any subscribers email collected will never be used to send: (a) solicitations or offers for pornography and/or sexual products or services, (b) illegal goods or services, (c) any materials that exploits children, (d) discloses private information without consent, (e) materials that are grossly offensive to include by not be limited to racism, hatred or profane, (f) to introduce viruses, worms or Trojan horses, (g) to promote pyramid schemes, (h) to engage in libelous, harassing or defamatory activity, (i) to post content that promote violence against any government, group or individual and (j) to promote short term high interest loans.  

3. At any time, subscriber shall have the right to inquire as to by who and when their email address was attained.

4. All email address attained by the collector that maybe incorrect due to human entry error or become abandon by the subscriber shall be immediately removed after 3 hard bounces.

5. All emails shall identify the name of the collector, including a legitimate email through which they maybe reached.

6.  All emails received by the subscriber shall have a legitimate link in the email to immediately opt-out of all future mailings.

7. Collector shall not attempt to hide or otherwise relay mail through an email server outside their internal network.

8. Collector shall implement reverse DNS, such that any service provider receiving their email shall be able to identify the source domain of the email.
