About Perrin Cornell

Born and raised in Wenatchee I am pleased to work in Real Estate in an area I know so well. Besides holding the ABR designation I am a past Director of both the Local and State Associations. Close to 20 years in Mortgage Banking, a past director of the Washington State S&L League and also attended the School for Mortgage Banking at the University of Notre Dame. A graduate of Seattle University and attended grad school in Accounting at Portland State University.

I try to create a sense of community between my clients and myself. Not just real estate but all factors of owning a house I try to assist with or to refer to experts in their fields.

In order to serve my clients better I  work with Doug Andrews an agent to back me up or refer to if it is outside my immediate expertise. We are leaders in the area and our listings typicallysell at 98 to 100% of list price on less than the average time on market.

Areas of Expertise

Having done about everything on the mortgage banking side from secondary market operations, hedging, loan administration (servicing) and equity investments I jumped over to the Thrift side for origination, commercial and construction. With that as a background I landed  as a REALTOR...not any REALTOR but yours!

Most of my business is in the residential area concentrated around Wenatchee and East Wenatchee. Approximately 87% of my clients are from referral or repeat business.

While Wenatchee and its surrounding area is my primary market, I do go to Leavenworth, Rockisland, Malaga and Waterville. I also have a referral relationship covering Chelan and Quincy/Moses Lake/ Ephrata.
